You got beats?

So as I have said in the past I do a little music programing. I have a program called Reason by a company called Propellerhead  and I've had it for about five months now. I really don't think of myself as a musician, I mean besides the fact that I don't play any instruments and I don't know a lick of music much less read it, but a few years ago I fell in love with synthesizers. You might think, "synthesizer?" that's that keyboard all the eighties new wave bands were using but truth be told that those keyboards weren't true synths, they were just keyboards that had preset synth patches. So by now you should be like "what?" Here is a small trajectory of this phenomenon that is the Analogue Synthesizer: the theory of the analogue synthesizer is the belief that like a telephone that creates sound into an electric current a synth creates sounds from an electric current thus creating a synthetic sound. This sound has a shape in a wave table as a line and the sound is like an endless beep, but through low-pass and high-pass filters the shape of the line could be changed or distorted to create a new sound, and that's just a monophonic synth you can imagine a polyphonic synth!

Any who, so I got the program and started messing with the preset patches and soon started making my own, I soon needed to make more than just sounds so I began to make little beats that I started calling Microwave Beats because I really wasn't editing them or mixing them, I was just layering them.

Here is a Microwave Beat I created using Reason 5, all criticism accepted and if you got pointers even better. Enjoy!
