I have a few videos from the Com Truise and Active Child show in Deep Ellum @The Prophet Bar and a new Microwave Beat at the bottom that I put together last night, so its as fresh as it could be!
Their synth patches blew me away! I also noticed that they were all using Reason to create all their sounds and even the drummer was hooked on to Reason's Kong drum sets thru an electric drum set.
Com blew it up this time, I had seen him a few months before in Houston but I was not as close as I was this time. The drummer Rory was a good addition to Com's set which sometimes leaves you wanting to see more energy from a type a music that just screams it. I think live visuals would do wonders for his music, kind of like when you see a DJ Shadow concert.

Sorry for the awful videos but that was my first time recording anything, thanks to my boy Roman for letting me borrow his Flip cam to record this great show.
So last night I was bored and usually when that happens well, I make Microwave Beats!!! Here is a track that I made as a tribute to the great DnB programmer PHOTEK.
