Man, let me see if i can remember in order....
I think last time I wrote on here was right before I left to the Amazing state of Colorado with my Brother, Sister-in-law and roomate. This was September and we had been planning to go for a while and the time had come. The plan was to go to Boulder for a couple of days and meet a good friend of mine who lives in Denver, kick it and make our way to Lake City and stay the rest of the week in the middle of the Alpine Tundra. The ride was awesome and made me realize how much I love road trip with good music, lots of pot and amazing scenery!

We arrived to Boulder early in the morning after a good while of
driving. We actually stayed at a really great place that accommodated us
quite well and was really the cheapest place available which was
Boulder Outlook Hotel and Suites.
This was a Hotel that most people would call a hippie hotel because of
their leniency to be more environmentally friendly or environmentally
conscience. I personally had never heard of it but was happy to
accidentally stumble upon it! We rested and made our way to downtown in
our bikes because this town is crazy bike friendly, we ate some food,
explored, drank some beers as we watched one of the Cowboys game (where
it seemed like we were the only ones) and posted up for
WORD!

We also had to visit my boy who grows MEDICINE for people and man that medicine smelled good, to bad the plants were not budding yet.

Man we had a good time in Denver/Boulder and it was time to leave to our main destination. I had been to Colorado before but only to hunt in the four corners area but this time was just exclusively to sight see and and visit friends. In our way to Lake City the road was challenging with an all two way freeway and many ascends and descends. W drove all the way as we ourselves ascended to another level....haha. We arrived six hours later to Karen's apt. where she greeted us and let us stay for free! Karen had been in Lake City working and we decided to visit her with the intention of checking out the Artic Tundra. We four wheeled in my truck and took a side by side atv out there, as well as Mt. bikes!
Lake City, what can I say: it was it was awesome! We met some good people drank some good beer and kicked it way hard! To get a different perspective of the trip checkout my boy's
blog!
Oh yeah, as soon as we got back I was training for the
Ride United Parker County. This ride was brutal but fun at the same time... haha it totally kicked my ass but I finished and best of all it was for a good cause.
